A historic establishment, run with passion
The building that once housed the Odeon Cinema, situated in the heart of Udine, is a symbol of prestige and history in the city.
Built in the 1920s, the building has played a significant role in Udine’s cultural life, initially hosting film screenings that entertained generations of local residents. Over the years, the building has become a symbol of neoclassical architecture in the region, retaining its original charm despite the changes it has undergone over time.
Today, the building is home to a variety of cultural and gastronomic activities, including our renowned restaurant, which continues to celebrate its history and offer a unique setting for guests under the uninterrupted leadership of Modesto Vigorito. A Friulian by adoption, originally from the province of Salerno, Modesto has been managing the Odeon with care and dedication for 30 years.
He is driven by a passion for hospitality and the culture of fine dining.
